I’m Adelyn—your storyteller, cheerleader, and expert at capturing moments that feel as special as they look. Photography isn’t just a job; it’s my passion, my art, and my way of preserving the love stories that inspire me every day.
I’m a lover of love stories, spontaneous dancing, and capturing the kind of moments that make you feel butterflies. My approach to photography? A little editorial, a little candid, a lot of fun, and 100% focused on making you feel comfortable and celebrated.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me with my family, binge-watching my favorite shows (hello, Bridgerton!), or lost in a book while drinking strawberry lemonade and eating queso.

The Process
Once we've talked, you've received your custom collection, and you're ready to book, here’s how we make it official:
To lock in your date, I require a 30% retainer (applied to your total package cost) and a signed contract. Everything is managed through a secure, easy-to-use client portal, where you’ll have 24/7 access to your wedding details, invoices, and contract. You can pay here, as well. From there, you will be officially on the calendar, and you have the option to pay in full or make payments with the final payment being due 10 days before your wedding day.
Staying Connected
When your wedding date is secured, we’ll start planning your engagement session! Most couples schedule their session 4–12 months before the wedding, but there’s no hard-and-fast rule. These sessions are a perfect way to get comfortable in front of the camera, celebrate this exciting chapter, and create gorgeous images for Save-the-Dates or just because.
Engagement galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, so you’ll have plenty of time to incorporate them into your wedding plans.
From your engagement session to the weeks leading up to your wedding, I definitely stay in touch with my couples. Between helping with your timeline, connecting with your planner, answering questions, or just celebrating the exciting steps along the way (you booked your florist? Show me those bouquets!), I’m here for it all.
Oh, and if you want to share a sneak peek of your wedding dress or suit? Be prepared for an excessive amount of “ooh-ing” and “aah-ing”—I’ll try to keep it professional, but no promises!
4 weeks before the Big Day:

You’ll receive a Pre-Wedding Questionnaire through the client portal. This helps me gather all the important details—your must-have family photos, key moments, and vendor info—so everything runs smoothly.

I’ll create a personalized Family Photo List and use it to coordinate the timeline and ensure we capture every special moment.
2 weeks before the Big Day:

A reminder for your remaining balance will be sent through the client portal.

We'll also schedule a quick phone chat to go over the shot list, finalize your timeline, and iron out any remaining details.
The Big Day:
What makes my approach different? It’s not just the photos—it’s how you feel. I'll arrive in time to capture all the details we discussed and help make sure the day goes as smoothly as possible. My goal is to make you feel:

Post-Wedding Magic:
Once the day has come and gone (cue the tears—happy ones, of course!), your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 10 weeks. But don’t worry, you won’t be waiting that long to relive the magic. I’ll send you some sneak peeks to enjoy in the meantime.
Feel free to download, share, and celebrate all over again. These images are meant to be cherished for a lifetime, and I can’t wait for you to see them. We can also talk about prints and albums at this time.
Investment Options
Every wedding is unique, and your photography should reflect that. I understand that wedding photography can be a huge investment, but it's also an important one. When the flowers are wilted, the cake is eaten, and the guests have gone home, photos will be what you have left.
My collections are thoughtfully designed to provide seamless coverage to ensure every moment you need is captured with room to customize for your dream day. I have standard collections to cover the basics and also a la carte options to create a package catered specifically to your wedding-whether that's travel, a full wedding weekend, or a small elopement.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
You will receive an online gallery sent to your email where you can download all of your high-resolution photos to your devices. The gallery can be shared with friends and family, as well.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS AND HOW MANY WILL WE HAVE?
My approach to your curated gallery is quality over quantity. The final images presented in your online gallery are selected based on content and composition. I aim to provide the highest-quality images from each setup angle. While there is not a set number guaranteed, you can rest assured I will not withhold important images that meet my standard of quality. You will receive your gallery within 10 weeks from your wedding date.
IS A PAYMENT PLAN AN OPTION?
Of course! Once your retainer is paid you can make payments as long as the balance is paid in full 14 days prior to your wedding.
DO WE HAVE TO DO AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
Of course not. Nothing is required. However, engagement sessions are included COMPLIMENTARY in every wedding package because they’re that important to me. An engagement session is a great way for us to get to know each other, for you to get comfortable in front of the camera, and to have some more fun photos, too! I understand depending on location they aren’t always feasible though, but I highly recommend them!
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH TIME OR WHICH PACKAGE I NEED?
Typically, wedding coverage for traditional weddings is at least 8 hours. This is the minimum to make sure things like getting ready highlights, details, and reception highlights are captured. Choosing a full day, rather than stopping at 8 hours ensures everything from the moment you arrive to the moment you have your exit is included.
WILL YOU PHOTOSHOP MY IMAGES TO HIDE UNWANTED SPOTS AND WRINKLES?
Standard corrections will be made to all of your images, but I believe our imperfections are what make us unique. If there are specific edits you wish to have, these will be charged according to the number and complexity of edits.
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL BE AT THE WEDDING?
Each wedding collection will have me as a main photographer, as well as one of my associates as a second photographer if available. If you want a guaranteed second photographer, that can be added.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
Yes! The answer is always, yes! I love to travel and am more than happy to create a custom wedding collection to suit your travel needs.
DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF PREFERRED VENDORS TO USE?
Yes! I would be happy to share vendors I love with you!
